Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in Assembler programming to join our agile team as a Process Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring junior developers. This role requires a deep understanding of Assembler language and its applications in software development.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Assembler.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.




- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to software development.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proficient in Assembler programming language.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning of Assembler code.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
