Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end 3PL supply chain and logistics operations.
- Manage warehouse, transportation, distribution and inventory operations.
- Develop and monitor SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and operational standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle key customer escalations.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Manage 3PL vendors, transporters and warehouse partners.
- Monitor WMS, TMS, ERP, inventory accuracy and process compliance.
- Own operational budgets, cost controls and P&L; performance.
- Lead, mentor and develop large operations teams.
- Identify recent opportunities for improving 3PL service capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and technology adoption.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
