Online Product Marketplace Manager

Job Summary

You will be responsible for how the brand performs across its D2C website and key online marketplaces, covering catalogue management, merchandising, pricing, promotions, product launches and overall channel performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how product, consumer experience and commercial execution come together to drive online growth.

What We re Looking For

- 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C or marketplace management.
- Experience in fashion, athleisure, footwear, lifestyle or consumer brands is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing D2C websites and/or major marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, catalogue management, pricing and promotions.
- Comfortable working with e-commerce metrics such as conversion, sell-through, returns and inventory.
- Commercially sharp, analytical and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-moving and entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and the ability to build processes from scratch.

What You ll Do

- Own the day-to-day performance of the brands D2C website and marketplace channels.




- Manage product listings, catalogue hygiene, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
- Plan and execute product launches, drops and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales, conversion, sell-through, inventory, returns and other key e-commerce metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve product discovery, conversion and customer experience.
- Work closely with brand, creative, performance marketing, operations and supply-chain teams.
- Coordinate with marketplace partners and relevant external stakeholders.
- Translate performance data into clear commercial actions and growth opportunities.
