Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee turnkey projects, including fit-out works, interior design, and project coordination.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in corporate interiors or related field (fitness & wellness).
- Proven track record in managing commercial projects from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of interior works, including design principles and execution methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client-facing roles.
