Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per quality standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming caf experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the caf, including equipment and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Follow food safety, health, and hygiene guidelines.
- Support daily caf operations and assist team members as required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality or caf experience can also apply.
