Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage turnkey projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee corporate interiors fit-out projects, including design coordination, site supervision, and budget management.
- Develop solid relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of professionals in executing interior works projects efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry, preferably in turnkey projects or corporate interiors.
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes for commercial spaces (retail, office, hospitality).
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality control.
