About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in selling IT and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should understand services such as Website Development, SMM, SEO, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, and other IT solutions and be able to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, online platforms and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Pitch and sell website development, SMM, SEO, digital marketing and IT services.
- Handle client calls, meetings, follow-ups and negotiations.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service presentations.
- Coordinate with the development and digital marketing teams.
- Maintain leads and client information in CRM/Excel.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in BDE / IT Sales / Digital Sales / Inside Sales.
- Previous experience selling Website Development, SMM, SEO, Digital Marketing, Mobile Apps or IT services.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, LinkedIn and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good English communication skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Preferred

- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer or other bidding platforms.
- Existing experience in IT/digital agency sales will be preferred.
