Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 / Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE).
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments using Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW).
- Configure and manage Exchange databases, mailboxes, connectors, transport rules, accepted domains, and email address policies.
- Perform Exchange mailbox migrations between On-Premises Exchange and Exchange Online.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, SMTP, NDRs, mail queues, and message delivery issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Web Services (EWS), MRS Proxy, OAuth, and Up-to-date Authentication.
- Resolve Free/Busy, Calendar Sharing, Autodiscover, MAPI, Outlook, and Hybrid connectivity issues.
- Configure and manage SSL/TLS certificates, IIS, Send Connectors, and Receive Connectors.
- Perform Exchange health checks, updates, patching, backup/restore, and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), DNS, Outlook client, and Exchange connectivity issues.




- Perform PowerShell administration for Exchange and Microsoft 365 management tasks.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Support and internal infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
