We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C#/.NET, REST APIs, and Azure Integration Services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade integration solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to work with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and define integration architecture, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable Web APIs using C# .NET.
- Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise and third-party applications.
- Build integrations using Azure Integration Services.
- Work with Azure Service Bus, API Management (APIM), Storage Account, Key Vault, Web Apps, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Own end-to-end API lifecycle management using Azure APIM.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Build and deploy microservices and containerized applications.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Bicep templates.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, performance, and production issues.
- Implement security and compliance best practices across integration solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, functional teams, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience in C# .NET / .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
- Experience with Azure Integration Services such as Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Storage Account, Key Vault, and Web Apps.




- Strong knowledge of API security and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Bicep / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and deployment.

Good to Have

- Experience with GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise integration architectures.
- Knowledge of monitoring and performance optimization.
- Experience with large-scale Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of secure API design and integration patterns.

Candidate Profile

- 6 to 9 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong relevant experience in Dynamics CRM and integration development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting technical/code reviews.
