Roles & Responsibilities:

- Reach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany.
- Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including growth opportunities, lifestyle, and financial stability.
- Present and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any field (sales/marketing background preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a quick- paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long- term client relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for career counseling and sales.
