Requirements

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree with 4-6 years of experience in developing and executing innovative search techniques, mapping,



and conducting internet searches using social media and other tools to identify relevant prospects Confident and motivated self-starter with strong communication skills Experience in developing and managing talent networks and pipelines An analytically oriented and resourceful individual with the ability to solve problems in an ambiguous workplace Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output Proven ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
