Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and requests professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers when required to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
