- Research global jewellery, fashion, colour and material trends.
- Create mood boards, design concepts and seasonal collections.
- Design earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, charms, keychains and bag accessories.
- Prepare hand sketches, CAD/vector artwork and technical specifications.
- Develop designs using metals, chains, beads, stones, pearls, resin, acrylic, cords and other materials.
- Select suitable colours, materials, components and surface finishes.
- Coordinate with vendors and artisans for sourcing, sampling and production.
- Review samples for design accuracy, quality, finishing and functionality.
- Modify designs according to buyer feedback, target prices and production feasibility.
- Maintain sample records, design files, approvals and development timelines.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, quality and production teams.
- Ensure collections meet brand standards, customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Qualification and Experience

- Degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design or a related field
- Relevant experience in fashion jewellery, accessories or export-house product development
- A solid design portfolio is preferred
