Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create detailed BIM models using Revit software for HVAC systems, including piping layouts, ductwork, and equipment placement.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate design specifications and compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of changes made to designs during the construction process.
- Provide technical support to other team members on BIM-related issues.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in BIM modeling for HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with a robust understanding of its capabilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles, codes, and standards (e.g., ASHRAE).
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
