# Admission Counsellor

## About the Role

We're looking for an energetic *Admission Counsellor* to guide prospective students through their academic journey. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, driving admissions while delivering an outstanding counselling experience.

## Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students/parents on courses, admissions, and career paths
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
- Explain fees, eligibility, scholarships, and admission process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead status
- Handle objections and close admissions effectively

## Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric, positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline




- Good time-management and problem-solving ability

## Preferred Candidate Profile

- Background in education/EdTech sector preferred
- Confident, articulate communicator
- Self-motivated with a passion for student mentorship
- Comfortable handling high call/lead volumes via CRM
