Housekeeping & Facilities In-Charge

Requirements:

- Graduate or diploma qualification with 5 to 10 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities, hospitality or similar operations.

- The candidate must be able to easily commute to Delhi, where the position is located.

- Strong team management and supervisory skills.

- Good knowledge of housekeeping, kitchen and facility operations.

- Robust vendor coordination and basic purchase management skills.

- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

- A hands-on, responsible and safety-conscious approach.

- Women candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping Management

- Managing and supervising the complete housekeeping team.

- Preparing daily cleaning and deep-cleaning schedules.

- Monitoring cleanliness, hygiene and staff performance.

- Ensuring adequate availability and proper use of cleaning materials.

2. Building Maintenance





- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the entire building.

- Conducting daily/weekly inspections and maintain repair schedules.

- Coordinating with maintenance staff and external vendors.

- Tracking pending and completed repair and maintenance work.

3. Kitchen Management

- Managing the complete kitchen, including chef and helpers.

- Overseeing food preparation, hygiene, cleaning and safety.

- Managing grocery and kitchen-item purchases, stock and vendor coordination.

- Maintaining purchase bills, invoices and expense records.
