- Assist senior chefs in preparing food according to standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Perform basic food preparation activities such as washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare assigned dishes and ingredients under the supervision of the Chef or Senior Chef.
- Maintain proper mise en place before and during kitchen operations.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, presentation standards, and quality specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for daily production.
