Role & responsibilities

- Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, finished products, and in-process samples.
- Conduct routine testing using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and other laboratory equipment.
- Perform wet chemistry testing, titrations, pH, assay, dissolution, and related chemical analysis.
- Prepare and standardize reagents, volumetric solutions, and reference standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results, laboratory records, and analytical worksheets.
- Follow SOPs, GLP, GMP, and applicable quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results, wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in QC chemical testing.
- Hands-on experience in chemical analysis and laboratory testing.
- Knowledge of analytical instruments and laboratory documentation.
- Valuable understanding of GLP, GMP, and SOP compliance.
