Role & responsibilities:
Own and drive a Rs 3-5 Cr/month P&L; across all 5 WTF businesses - Gyms, Academy, Amplify (B2B), DigiGym and Reboot.

- Drive the number, every day. Monthly targets, weekly reviews, a floor that fights for the daily number.
- Build and run a high-velocity sales floor - memberships, admissions, B2B partnerships, digital products and services.
- Hire, train and push sales teams across locations - daily reviews, live coaching, a targets-is-everything culture.
- Scale what works and cut what doesn't - highest-ROI channels get the budget, quick.
- Work with marketing, product and gym ops so every lead is worked to close.
- Field-first role - you are at the sites and in the field, not behind a desk.

We hire people who die for numbers. If targets are your oxygen, this is your seat.

WHAT WE WANT (apply only if ALL of these are true):

- You have worked, and thrived, on high-pressure sales floors like PolicyBazaar, insurance, fintech, edtech or telecom - where the number decides everything.
- You have personally carried and beaten aggressive monthly targets - and you can show the numbers.




- You have led 20+ member sales teams - you drive people the way you drive numbers, day in, day out.
- You sell personally - you can close, coach closing, and raise the selling standard on the floor.
- You have owned a revenue or P&L; number of Rs 3 Cr+/month - revenue AND cost, not just a topline target.
- You are data-first - funnel, conversion, CAC, retention, ARPU decide everything. No opinion-led decisions.
- Delhi NCR based; field-first, ready to travel across sites.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT (do not apply if ANY of this is true):

- Maintenance managers - careers built on running what already exists. We are here to grow.
- Relationship-manager or service profiles who never carried a monthly sales target.
- Single-store or single-line managers who have never owned a number.
- Pure ops / admin / training profiles with zero personal selling history.
- People who need a fully-built system handed to them - we need builders.
- Job-hoppers - 3+ switches in the last 5 years with no scaling reason.
- Anyone who cannot talk numbers from their last role.
