Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CAD Designer with experience in the fashion apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating artwork, print developments, and production-ready CADs for garments while collaborating closely with design, merchandising, and production teams. The role requires strong technical expertise in CAD development, print techniques, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Create production-ready CADs, print layouts, and technical artwork for apparel collections.
- Develop placement prints, all-over prints, repeats, colorways, and graphic artworks as per design briefs.
- Prepare accurate CAD presentations and artwork for client approvals and production.
- Work closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Modify and update designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design aesthetics.
- Create and manage print files suitable for various printing techniques.
- Maintain organized artwork libraries and design files.




- Stay updated with fashion trends, color forecasts, print developments, and design software advancements.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in CAD Design.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Good understanding of apparel print development and artwork creation.
- Knowledge of different printing techniques, including:
- Screen Printing
- Rotary Printing
- Sublimation Printing
- Digital Printing

- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience as a CAD Designer in a Fashion Apparel Export House.
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel CADs, print developments, and graphic artworks.
- Understanding of garment construction, color separations, and production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
