- Manage end-to-end digital Personal Loan credit processes.
- Review customer applications, KYC, income, and credit documents.
- Analyze credit bureau, banking & repayment data for loan decisions.
- Monitor digital disbursement, payments, and portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and RBI guidelines.
- Track TAT, approval rates, rejection rates, and portfolio quality.
