- Lead and manage the Personal Loan & Payday Loan collections team.
- Handle EMI, overdue, delinquency, and recovery portfolios.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Allocate accounts and monitor daily team performance and productivity.
- Guide the team on effective and ethical collection and follow-up practices.
- Handle escalated customer cases and support difficult/high-risk accounts.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and collection reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Sales, and Risk teams.
- Train, motivate, and improve the performance of collection executives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection guidelines.
