About the Role

We are looking for a BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), and Python. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard development, data validation, and testing, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Perform extensive data analytics to identify trends, patterns, business insights, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and reporting activities.
- Develop Power Apps – Canvas Apps to support business process automation and user requirements.
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, data manipulation, and supporting BI solutions.
- Perform data testing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Develop data models, calculated measures, and visualizations in Power BI.




- Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports, dashboards, queries, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions within timelines.
- Ensure BI solutions follow best practices around performance, usability, scalability, and data quality.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on BI skilled who combines strong Power BI + SQL expertise with Power Platform automation (Power Automate & Canvas Apps) and Python-based analytics. Candidates should have strong exposure to data testing and analytics, rather than being purely dashboard-focused.
