- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes using ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for hardware asset management (HAM) through effective implementation of SAM tools.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in developing customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Hammer (HAM) software or similar tools for managing physical assets.
- Experience working with Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.
