Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth process functioning.
- Monitor and control Attrition & Shrinkage.
- Track and improve team KPI & KRA performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze team performance and identify improvement areas.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and performance.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Handle team performance and operational targets.
- Ensure achievement of SLA and process requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management.

Required Skills

- 2–5+ years of experience in BPO Operations, Customer Service,



or Team Management.
- Strong knowledge of Attrition & Shrinkage Management.
- Good understanding of KPI & KRA monitoring.
- Advanced MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas & MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in BPO Operations, Banking Processes, MIS, Team Management, KPI/KRA tracking, Attrition & Shrinkage management will be preferred.
