Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll or S/4HANA Payroll.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting S/4 Concurrent Employment.
- Robust understanding of:
- Employee Central person, employment, and user data structures
- Primary and secondary assignments
- PERNR and Central Person relationships
- Employee Central to S/4HANA replication
- Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing
- Experience with payroll testing, including unit, integration, parallel, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience troubleshooting replication, payroll calculation, master data, and integration defects.
- Ability to create functional specifications and work effectively with technical integration teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
