We are hiring Service Engineer/ Sr. Service Engineer for MNC.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide after-sales service support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct in office visits to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and implement solutions for customers' production lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repair orders, inventory management, and customer communication.
