Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage Primavera Unifier implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Design and develop business processes, workflows, reports, and dashboards within Primavera Unifier.
- Configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards leveraging BI Publisher.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, blueprint meetings, and UAT with stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals for new and existing users.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support and hosting providers to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor application health and perform administrative activities related to Primavera Unifier.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals.
- Drive performance testing, defect analysis, and system reliability improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support presales activities by contributing technical expertise during client engagements.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and data security protocols.
- Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams, user guides, and system specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Mandatory skills

- Oracle Primavera Unifier (configuration, customization, administration)
- Endtoend Primavera Unifier implementation experience




- Strong expertise in SQL queries, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher reporting
- Data migration from legacy systems into Primavera Unifier
- Integration with ERP, project management, and financial systems
- Workflow design and business process automation
- Dashboard creation and custom reporting for project tracking
- Compliance with industry standards, data security, and governance
- Experience in requirement gathering, blueprint documentation, and UAT
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Oracle Support

Secondary skills

- Presales support: contributing technical expertise during client proposals
- Training and mentoring endusers and junior consultants
- Preparation of user manuals, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams
- Performance testing, defect analysis, and system optimization
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosting environments
- Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives for system performance.
