We are Hiring for a Service Engineer in a MNC

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out service, maintenance and troubleshooting of Material Handling Equipment such as Forklifts, Reach Trucks OR Construction Equipments OR Heavy Industrial Equipments.
- Attend customer complaints and breakdown calls at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic issues in equipment.
- Conduct equipment inspection and identify potential failures to ensure machine uptime.
- Carry out installation, commissioning and testing of current equipment wherever required.
- Maintain proper service reports, breakdown reports and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements, machine performance and technical issues.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships.




- Identify spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for replacement.
- Follow company safety procedures, service standards and quality requirements.
- Support the service team in improving equipment availability and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in industrial equipment / material handling equipment / construction equipment / automotive equipment.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, batteries, motors, controllers and electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for service and breakdown support.
- Ability to independently diagnose technical problems and provide solutions.
