The role requires ownership of a Central Observability Platform supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), including platform architecture,
1. Handson Application Engineering (development) along with Infrastructure Engineering (support) experience
2. Central Observability Platform development combined with Service Reliability Engineering
3. Proven technical team leadership at scale
4. Owning designing and developing centralized, enterprise-scale observability platform architecture
5. Exposure of platform engineering, multi-tenant design or reusable frameworks
6. Robust demonstration / experience with technical leadership and governance ownership
