We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Tech Lead for one of our premium clients.

Position: ServiceNow Tech Lead
Locations: Gurugram | Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Chennai
Experience: 6+ Years
Role: Lead / Senior Resource

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong expertise in Custom Application Development
• Strong ITSM module experience
• Hands-on experience with 3+ additional ServiceNow modules
• Strong development, configuration, customization and scripting skills
• Experience in designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions




• Good understanding of ServiceNow integrations and workflows
• Agentic AI knowledge/experience is an added advantage
• Experience in leading a development team will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

Priority Skills:
ServiceNow | Custom Application Development | ITSM | ServiceNow Development | ServiceNow Modules | Scripting | Integrations | Workflows | Agentic AI
