Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (C2C or W2).
- Strong understanding of US staffing industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salary packages and benefits.
