Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities to acquire current CASA (Current Account Savings Account) customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase deposits, cross-sell products, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential competitors' strategies and develop plans to stay ahead in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for CASA acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with a focus on CASA sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of current account savings accounts, deposit products, and basic banking operations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
