- Acquire current current accounts from high net worth individuals (HNIs) through field sales visits.
- Cross-sell various banking products such as saving accounts, insurance policies, and investment opportunities to existing customers.
- Develop strong relationships with HNI clients by understanding their financial goals and providing personalized solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and customer retention.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in CASA sales or related field sales role.
- Strong knowledge of current account opening procedures and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high net worth individuals.
