Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead end-to-end Odoo implementation and customization projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, Odoo ERP implementation, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks,



and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, business teams, developers, functional consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution discussions, functional design, testing, UAT, deployment, and training.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with agreed quality standards.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive them to closure.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper scope and impact assessment.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Ensure effective documentation of requirements, project plans, processes, and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide project team members and ensure effective resource utilization.

Required Skills

- 8-10 years of overall experience , with strong experience in Odoo ERP implementation/project management .
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Odoo projects.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR , etc.
- Good understanding of Odoo customization, integrations, workflows, and technical concepts.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, UAT, and implementation.
- Robust project planning, stakeholder management, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies .
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
