EAM Engineer

Blade Production Engineering Services

This role is a part of Production Engineering services team,



working as EAM Engineer supporting all

Vestas internal blade factories and blade projects worldwide

Responsibilities:

P Responsible for machine up time & down time reports,

P Data reporting for MTBF, MTTR and OEE for all blade factory equipments.

P Perform statistical data analysis on machine down time, analyze root cause and implement corrective actions.

P Maintain core data, asset related to Production in EAM.

P Create & maintain applicable spare for tools & equipment in system

P Establish, maintain and improve EAM system for factories

P Costing & accounting of tools, individual assets in EAM

P Creation of current tools & work orders completion for Quality tools
