Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
- Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO or telesales industry.
- Robust domestic calling skills with excellent phone banking knowledge.
- Proficiency in outbound sales techniques with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
