JOB DESCRIPTION
Independently handling Projects, New painting, Repainting & Institutional
Prepares a business plan for launching a new project (CC, FC, SAF, Projects)
Documentation, improvements, prepare reports, Directly and through matrix organization, prospecting, targeting and soliciting recent business accounts for all business segments of Projects.
Overseeing customer account management including negotiating contracts and agreement to maximize profit
Segment the customers and revamping/realigning
