Role & responsibilities
Requirments:
- Cutting tool life monitoring
- Ensure timely tool replacements to minimize downtime and maintain machining accuracy.
- 6S- Conduct regular audits and drive team accountability.
- Champion the 6S methodology to maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
- Kaizen- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives. Identify inefficiencies, lead problem-solving sessions, and implement process enhancements across machining operations.
- Setup time reduction- Collaborate with operators and engineering teams to standardize best practices and improve the output.
- Diploma in mechanical engineering & Automobile Engineering
Preferred candidate profile
- Specific Skill level:
1.CNC Turning Programming & Setting (FANUC)
2.Knowedge of CNC toolings
3.Knowledge of Drawing reading
4.knowledge of measuring instruments
