Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional targets in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Build robust relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product launches and promotions.

Job Requirements :

- 7-18 years of experience in regional business management or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of cardiac, diabetes, gynecology, ortho therapeutic areas as well as general medicine products.
