Role & responsibilities

Handle safe loading, unloading & movement of incoming/outgoing materials
• Manage RM, FG, MRO & Packing Material storage as per GMP, FIFO & 5S standards
• Prepare GRN and coordinate timely submission of bills to Finance
• Maintain proper material identification, labeling & traceability
• Issue RM to Production and MRO materials to Maintenance as per requirements/work orders
• Conduct cycle counting, physical inventory & stock reconciliation
• Maintain System vs Physical inventory accuracy

• Follow HSE, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & EMS 14001 requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Warehouse & Stores Operations
• Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
• SAP / SAP MM
• MS Excel & MIS Reporting
• MRO / Indirect Procurement
• Valuable communication & coordination skills

Additional Experience Preferred:
Experience in MNCs, MRO purchasing, project purchasing, raw material purchasing, material control, customer service, warehouse or waste management will be an added advantage.
