Key Responsibilities

- Identify, screen, and recruit talented Supervisors, Civil Engineers, and Contractors whenever recent projects are initiated.

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of resources and services.

- Address and resolve operational, workforce, and project-related issues promptly and efficiently.

- Ensure proactive team management and maintain high levels of employee engagement and productivity.

- Take necessary steps to accelerate project execution and support timely project completion.

- Conduct site visits whenever required to monitor progress, understand on-site challenges, and provide necessary support.

Working Hours

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
