Job Summary

Coforge is looking for a Production Support Engineer with experience in application support, incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing L2/L3 support for critical business applications. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and hands-on experience in handling production issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support production applications.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Monitor application health using monitoring tools.
- Handle change requests, deployments, and release activities.
- Participate in on-call support and outage management.
- Ensure system availability and performance optimization.
