Responsibilities

- Administer and support Informatica IICS platform environments.
- Manage Secure Agents, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor platform performance, job execution, and integration workflows.
- Support CDI, CAI, and cloud integration services.
- Troubleshoot platform, connectivity, agent, and job failure issues.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and setting maintenance activities.

Technical and Professional Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica IICS administration.
- Knowledge of Secure Agent installation, configuration, and monitoring.




- Experience in user access management and platform support.
- Good understanding of cloud data integration and ETL concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or MDM.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in automation and platform monitoring.
