Job Opening: Domestic Voice Process Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our Customer Support Voice Process team. This role involves e- commerce support, patient interaction, appointment booking, and explaining healthcare packages with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication standards

Work Schedule

- 5-day working with 2 split week offs
- Rotational shifts for male employees
- Day rotational shifts for female employees
- No cab facility provided

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)




- Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Odia, Bengali is preferred
- Positive knowledge of medical terms or healthcare processes
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to business needs
- Prior experience in healthcare BPO or customer service preferred

Interview Process

Candidates will go through 4 rounds of interviews:

1. HR Screening
2. Operations Round
3. Client Round
4. Versant Test
