1. Experience in the FMCG industry, with strong exposure to international sales and export business.
2. Manage and drive the companys international sales and export operations to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
3. Conduct international market research to identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential customers.
4. Identify and acquire importers, distributors, stockists, contemporary trade accounts, retailers, and strategic channel partners.
5. Develop and expand effective sales and distribution networks across international markets.
6. Achieve assigned sales, revenue, volume, margin, and profitability targets.
7. Lead pricing and commercial negotiations, including MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), payment terms, credit terms, discounts, margins, and other commercial conditions.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences,



and demand patterns across international markets.
9. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international customers, distributors, importers, and channel partners.
10. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and business meetings.
11. Undertake international market visits and customer meetings to strengthen business relationships and develop new opportunities.
12. Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, market updates, customer reports, and business performance reports to management.
