Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings and specifications.
- Carry out estimation and costing for HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional scope works.
- Review and certify contractor and subcontractor invoices.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and planning teams for commercial activities.
- Support vendor evaluation and commercial bid analysis.
- Maintain project cost reports, quantity records, and contractual documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project commercial procedures.

HVAC Experience Required

Hands-on experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost management for:

- Chilled Water Systems
- VRV/VRF Systems
- AHUs & FCUs
- Ventilation Systems
- HVAC Ducting Works
- Chilled Water Piping
- Insulation Works




- HVAC Controls & BMS Integration

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
- Solid exposure to HVAC commercial activities and billing.
- Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis, and contract administration.
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate campuses, data centers, or large-scale construction projects.
