Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates across OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, GC, and USC categories.
* Build and maintain a robust consultant pipeline for internal hiring.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social platforms.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
* Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and job preferences.
* Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to support consultant deployment.
