Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OPT Recruiter with 2 to5 years of experience in US IT Staffing and OPT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, EAD, and Green Card candidates for various client requirements. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source and recruit OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, EAD, and Green Card candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial screening and technical pre-assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and work authorization status.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client needs and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding activities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage and update candidate information in ATS/CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
- Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, placements, and candidate pipelines.
- Assist candidates with resume enhancement, interview preparation, and career guidance.




- Develop relationships with universities, training institutes, and qualified networks to generate candidate leads.
- Stay current with US immigration and employment authorization categories, including OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, and EAD.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and recruitment best practices.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets on a consistent basis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing, OPT Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, EAD, and Green Card processes.
- Experience working with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, and Cybersecurity.
- Strong candidate relationship management and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters is an added advantage.
