The ideal candidate should possess robust school leadership, academic management, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CBSE Principal
- Must have Founding Principal experience
- Must have either B.Ed. and M.Ed

Skills :

- Strong School Leadership & Administration
- CBSE Curriculum & Academic Planning
- Teacher/Team Management & Staff Development
- Student Discipline & Parent/Stakeholder Management
- Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication

Preferred :
